About the event
Starting at 5:30pm: Festive cocktail reception featuring a gourmet Italian buffet and open bar of premium beer, wine, soft drinks and a specialty vodka cocktail.

Our program begins at 6:30pm with the premier of the “Visions” documentary film featuring star students of St. Greg’s. A live Scholarship Auction will follow. A Silent Auction and raffle will continue throughout the evening.

About the honoree and special guests
Fr. Michael Garanzini, SJ, President of Loyola University Chicago, will be recognized with the “Commitment to Greatness Award” for his lasting impact on St. Greg’s.

Mr. and Mrs. John and Rosemary Croghan will serve as honorary chairs of the event.

About the need for student scholarships

• Two out of three students receive free or reduced lunch according to federal poverty guidelines.
• 70% of families qualify for financial assistance to help supplement tuition payments.
• This year, the average need-based scholarship rose 35% to over $2,750 per student.
• The main barrier to students attending our school is inability to furnish tuition.
