Dear Parents/Guardians,

Thank you for your expressed interest in attending St. Gregory the Great High School. An evaluation of the students records is needed for acceptance. The records should include the following:

Incoming freshman:

  • Seventh and Eighth grade report cards and other pertinent elementary school records.
  • Pre-Admission Form

Upcoming Events:

  • Book & Fee Day, Monday, August 18 4-8PM

Your student’s records can be faxed to the Admissions Office at 773 907-2120. The Admissions Committee cannot make a decision on any application unless the student’s records are available.
