SGHS president Tony DeSapio, along with faculty and friends of St. Greg's, ran the 2009 Chicago Marathon in support of our Companion Campaign. With the help of a matching grant from the Big Shoulders Fund, we raised $60,000 for student scholarships.

Participants in the 2009 Socha/Stark Golf Outing enjoyed a great day of golf, contests, and camaraderie at the Bloomingdale Golf Club on September 26. Eighty golfers competed for best overall score, closest to the pin, and best putt, then enjoyed a great meal afterward!
Visions of Greatness is the premiere fundraiser for St. Gregory the Great High School, raising funds for student scholarships. The 1st Annual Visions of Greatness, held May 21, 2009, welcomed over 350 attendees and raised more than $90,000 for our students! Save the Date for the 2nd Annual Visions of Greatness, on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Galleria Marchetti.
