SGHS offers your student a small, inclusive environment, while providing a full academic, comprehensive college preparatory program. This year SGHS is pleased to expand its elective course offerings while adding an honors track curriculum for eligible students.
SGHS has undergone many changes in the past few years by adding a variety of new and exciting programs.
- Our Protégé Program places students in unique internship opportunities so they can acquire hands on experience in a career that interests them
- The Learning Resource Program (LRP) continues to give academic support and resources to students with learning difficulties.
- Through a partnership with the Raven Theater Company this past year, students participated in a drama class that culminated in an original stage production.
- SGHS is the first high school in the world to participate in Best Year Yet, an innovative, results-orientated, goal-planning program. Students are empowered by creating inspiring goals, clarifying values, establishing accountabilities, and implementing on-going support structures to ensure their achievement
